Background
We were established on the 31st of March 2004 and are currently located at 51, Jalan SS22A/1, Damansara Jaya, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
Our practice primarily comprises corporate commercial, corporate finance, land conveyancing, retail banking / financing and conveyancing. In our past years of active practice, we had advised on various aspects of the listing of and quotation for ordinary shares of various companies on the Bursa Malaysia (Main Board, Second Board and the Malaysian Exchange of Securities Dealing and Automated Quotation Bhd) and debt restructuring schemes, we have assisted numerous clients on various aspects of sale and purchase agreements for various office buildings, commercial complexes and residential properties. This specialisation has helped us develop the expertise and experience required in an increasingly sophisticated market.
Technology is revolutionising the practice of law and is a priority for us. We recognise that our clients’ needs are often multi-faceted and cut across several practice areas. We also recognise the importance of responding to the needs of our clients with work of the highest quality in the most efficient way possible and for that reason have invested in the following:
- Computer networking. We are able to effectively manage our knowledge and to share our collective experience and expertise.
- External e-mailing and access to the Internet. This is available to every lawyer in the firm facilitating an effective and direct communication with our clients as well as permitting immediate online access to legal, regulatory and other resources.
- LexisNexis. This provides authoritative and current legal information, news, public records and business information; including tax and regulatory publications in online, print or CD-ROM formats.
- PNMB-LawNet. This is a website of an Internet Division of Percetakan Nasional Malaysia Berhad (PNMB) that provides an Online Library of Malaysian Laws which contains the AUTHORITATIVE text of the Laws of Malaysia and thus enabling us to have instant access to relevant Section of an Act of Parliament and relevant hot links from one Act of Parliament to another Act of Parliament as well as latest updated Acts of Parliament which are not yet in hard copy.
We are currently insured under the Master Policy Scheme under The Malaysian Bar Professional Indemnity Insurance for up to the amount of RM1 Million only for each and every claim.
